HIGHLIGHTING PROVERBS
The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: He who keeps his
way preserves his soul. [Proverbs 16:17] Study the
map, follow the map, trust the map, believe in the map of God’s Word and your
path will always get you to the place of God’s perfect will.
Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. [Proverbs 16:19] Pride brings down many winners and is contagious. The principle-----the best of friends come in plain, unwrapped packages.
He who heeds the Word wisely will find good. And whoever trusts in the LORD, happy is he. [Proverbs 16:20] Wisdom and faith will multiply into godliness and favor when used in making daily decisions.
Pride goes before destruction,
And A haughty spirit before a fall.
[Proverbs 16:18] First pride, then the crash----the bigger the ego, the harder
the fall.
